Gavin Gillibrand

For those that don’t know me, I’m Gav, 43 years young, 5.8” on a good day and I have a serious passion for LIFE.

This is the part of the “About ME” where I’m meant to tell you where I grew up, the education I had and what my hobbies are isn’t it? Well I’m not going to tell you that because lets face it, you don’t care.

You are on this website because YOU want results in a certain area of your life.

There is something you want to improve or change entirely with your health, fitness, finances or lifestyle. Maybe you want to improve a little or a lot, or maybe you want a full transformation?

That’s great and you know why? Because wherever you are and whatever you want, you are in the right place by being here.

What I will tell you about myself is that I am committed to helping you as much as I can IF…you are committed to making a change and doing the work. One thing I’ve come to realize over the years is that you can truly get what you want from life when you work for it, BUT…you have to be smart in your approach.

We have the answers that you are looking for, all you have to do is be coachable and have a willingness to learn.

I have a few qualifications:

My degree was a BSc. in Sports & Exercise, I’m a qualified sports nutritionist with ISSN (International Society of Sports Nutrition) and have over 20 years of experience in the health & fitness industry. I’ve trained with top strength & conditioning coaches, Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek.

I’m qualified to teach aerobics, boxercise, spinning and step classes and I was on “Blind Date” with Cilla Black in 1993. For those that don’t know, “Blind Date”was a very popular T.V show in the 80’s and 90’s. A girl has to pick a guy from a choice of 3 sat behind the curtain from the strength of their answers.

I got picked and went for a trip on a steam train with a girl called Sally from Bournemouth. I nearly became famous (lol)

I spent the best part of 17 years in a male dance troupe, galavanting all over Europe with some of my best mates just because I loved it and I summited Mont Blanc in 2012. I’ve got my eyes on Everest (one day).

I also love books, writing, travel and all sports. I’m a huge fan of curry, good coffee, personal development, climbing mountains, jumping out of planes and all things Space (geek). The inspirations in my life are Alex my girlfriend and my daughter Mia and I think that the best time of the day is 5am (ask me why if you want?)

Oh and I love sunshine too…
