So last week, (6th May 2017), we took 10 people abroad for the Eighty20Lifestyle fitness retreat Ibiza at the amazing villa “Can Verru”
Once again, the retreat was a massive success.
The weather was just perfect. 24/25 degrees every day, blue skies and a light wind. Anne-Marie and her amazing team of chefs from The Ibiza Kitchen provided the food for the week and once again it was first class. Innovative, incredibly tasty yet very healthy is her signature and she didn’t let us down. I would recommend her team to anyone that goes to Ibiza and needs a reliable caterer that will never let you down.
The week consisted of:
Daily fitness classes
Interactive cooking lesson from Anne-Marie (we all cooked Spanish chicken – amazing!)
Guided mountain/beach treks and hikes at both sunset and sunrise…
…and an MMA boot camp and an amazing sunrise boot camp at the beach. We used the beach at Sunset Ashram, which was just perfect for what we needed.
Many of the group said it was one of the best parts of the retreat.
The week is packed with lots of varied activity but also leaves time for you to chill out and relax. You are busy but still able to wind down and de-stress.
The great thing about this retreat is that it really is for everyone. All ages, fitness levels and abilities and all tastes.
On the last night of the week, we took the whole group out for dinner at an amazing place called Hostal La Torre. Fantastic food and wine and one of the best sunsets on the island, apparently 🙂
This really is a luxury fitness retreat that will satisfy even the most discerning client that expects nothing but the best.
