Firstly, thanks to everyone that responded to my question about the “cheat sheet” on Wednesday.
I appreciate you all for taking 30 secs out of your day.
For those that missed this, I asked the following questions:
What is most important to you:
1. Fat loss?
2. High energy during the day?
3. Reducing stress?
Have a guess what the highest response was?
It was a close call between fat loss and high energy during the day.
I guess the answer is really dependent on where you are personally with your health and fitness and want you want to achieve. Many people mentioned reducing stress and ironically, if this is the main goal, no 1 and 2 improve dramatically almost immediately.
Less stress = improved fat loss. Improved fat loss = high energy which in turn = Less stress.
I will get the “Cheat sheet” to you ASAP or I might just turn it into an eBook. Stay tuned.
If you could take a pill that could give you all the benefits of eating well and exercising regularly, without actually having to do either of them, would you take it?
Well scientists are working on a few things at the moment that may be available in about 20 years time that can literally stop you ageing.
Placenta stem cell injections and blood transfusions from 18 year olds are in development. Yes, you read that correctly. Stem cells from a woman’s placenta can supposedly reduce the symptoms of ageing at least, if not limit ageing altogether and draining blood from 18 year olds, with their consent I’d assume, is apparently becoming a thing in the U.S.
They are a long way off bringing this research to the market and the ethical aspect of taking fresh blood from young adults still needs to be worked around 🙂
In the meantime…
…if you are fighting off old age and I believe we all are in one way or another, here’s what you can do:
1. Sleep 6-8 hrs per night.
2. Exercise 4 or more times per week.
3. Eat lean protein, good fats, unlimited vegetables and lots of water.
4. Read/learn something new every day.
5. Laugh as much as possible.
6. Surround yourself with OQP – only quality people
7. Stop worrying about things that YOU can’t control.
8. Stop thinking about the past.
9. Travel as much as possible – new places, people and sights and sounds means neurogenesis. That means the creation of new brain cells.
10. Start meditating.
I’m sure you can add to the list but I wanted to keep it to 10 points.
If YOU follow these 10 points for the next 20 years you can hit the ground running and be ready to receive your placenta injections and your pint of teenagers blood.
