11 Steps To Living a Fantastic Life

1) Be cool to everyone.

I don’t care who you are or how much money you make, you are no better or worse than the next person.

Forget your ego and just be cool to everyone all the time

2) Make as many mistakes as possible.

I don’t mean deliberately mess up but I mean try to do as much as you can at all times in every situation.

Inevitably you will make mistakes.

The more mistakes you make, the more success you will have in every area of your life.

3) Work towards your goals everyday.

Do a little bit every single day towards a particular goal.

That way you are constantly making progress.

Most people don’t have goals…

…and many of the ones that do, don’t take any action so their goal is really a dream.

Dreams don’t come true unless you work hard towards them every day

4) Move everyday.

As humans, our bodies were designed to move.

If we sit around we rust up and die early.

^^^That’s the harsh truth.

Even a 30min brisk walk is better than nothing.

Remember, what you do today will affect your life in 30 years.

5) Eat clean, healthy good and drink lots of water.

I don’t need to go into too much detail on this as the newsletter is constantly talking about this.

“If you don’t look after your body, where you gonna live?”

6) Respect your elders.

This one is sometimes hard to adhere to.

Yes, old people move a lot slower than the younger generation but don’t forget that the “old” taught us how to use a spoon and wiped our bums when were kids.

7) Do what you love.

Life is not about working eight hours per day in a cubicle doing something you hate.

If you hate your job then do something about it.

Make some changes. Be bold, however scary it may feel.

8) Trust your gut.

That gut feeling is right every time. Ignore it at your peril

9) Be grateful

If you have a roof over your head and food on your table then you are in a better position than most of the people on the planet.

Whatever trouble or problems YOU have, 4 billion people would love to have those same problems.

Remember that next time, when they mess up your order at Starbucks or the tube is delayed.

10) Laugh everyday

A big one.

Life is far too serious for my liking.

Stats show that the average 5 year old laughs 20 times more than an adult every day.

Laughing is good for your immune system, feels great and enriches the atmosphere for everyone near you.

Laugh as much as possible.

11) Enjoy your life.

I know one thing about life…no one gets out alive

Enjoy what you have and life your life to the fullest every day.

Live the life you love.
