It was “cheat meal” on Friday night in our house as we watched “American Gods” on Amazon.
Bit weird to be honest. American Gods I mean, not the pizza. That was bloody lovely. I ordered extra tuna on mine and it came with about 2 flakes of tuna so I called them up and complained.
I’m not one to moan usually but I took offence this time so they credited our account with £25, which worked for me.
I’m a big fan of a well timed “cheat meal”
Well if you been following your diet all week it gives you something to look forward to so it can give you a massive boost psychologically, AND…
…I believe a large influx of carbohydrates at the end of the week can jump start your metabolic rate quite nicely.
If you been eating all the carbs in the week and your training has been minimal, the cheat meal…
…you might just get fat.
So if you want results from your gym efforts, ask yourself if you firstly want the pizza?
Secondly, do you need the pizza?
And thirdly, have you earned the pizza?
If the answer to all 3 is a BIG FAT YES, then order a pizza.
When you order one, let me know if you can manage a full 12 inches like I did.
PS. I tell all my clients to have a cheat meal at the weekend and they STILL get results. You won’t be eaten chicken and broccoli four times a day on my plans…
…unless you want to, of course.
