What to expect from the retreat

2x 1 hour nutrition work shops – Saturday and Sunday
Areas covered: nutrition/diet for fat loss, meal prep, fat loss training, frequency, reps, sets, training schedule, sleep, water, HIIT etc

3x exercise/workouts – Saturday and Sunday – 6 in total (optional)
A mix of boot camp, yoga, circuits, boxing/skipping workshop, hikes in forest/hills, body conditioning, hill sprints (All activities TBC), Heated outdoor swimming pool available.

Interactive cooking lesson with private chef

All locally sourced, healthy but very tasty food, drink and snacks for the whole weekend included – we have a private chef in house.

Where and when is the retreat?

Our Cotswolds retreat is a long weekend from Friday 8th September to Monday 11th September 2017 at Norton Hall in Mickleton, Cotswolds. Arrival is 4pm on the Friday and checkout is on the Monday at 10am.

Norton Hall sits within 500 acres of private farmland. Wrapped in an ivy coat and bursting with Georgian features. There are nine elegant and spectacular bedrooms, grand living spaces, a dozen acres of outdoor space and heated pool. You couldn’t get a more stunning location for a UK retreat!










Food at the retreat

All of the retreat guests’ food is provided. This includes:

Friday night: Welcome arrival dinner.
Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, snacks, Dinner, snacks
Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch, snacks, Dinner, snacks
Monday: Breakfast


The Manor House has a mix of double, king size doubles and twin rooms available.

There will be space for 14 guests and single people are welcome but will be sharing with someone else.
