My Personal Training Facility in Liverpool Street

I invite you join us at our 2000sq foot private personal training facility, just 5 minutes from Liverpool street station. The studio is second to none in the city and is specifically designed for 1-2-1 personal training. This ensures an optimal training session without the usual waiting for equipment you find in commercial gyms in the city.

The studio includes all of the equipment that you would expect from a leading gym including two Olympic squat racks, a trap bar dead lift, barbells and dumbbells that range from 2kg up to 50kg and various Bulgarian bags, ropes and kettle bells. We are also fortunate enough to have the space for a sled or prowler as it is also called.

This is one of the best fat burning and body conditioning pieces of kit available. Whatever your fitness needs, I can cater for them.

Most of my clients are just like YOU. If you are in the city, frustrated with your lack of results, are pushed for time and feel stressed about your health and fitness, then I am here to help. What can you expect from our training sessions?

I understand that time is a premium yet you demand results, which is why I have designed our programmes around short, sharp and intense sessions that last no longer 30-45min, depending on your requirements.

These high intensity sessions will help you burn more fat, give you more energy, help you lower your stress levels and get you back to your desk within the hour. Results are the name of the game but above all, the sessions will be fun, enjoyable and leave you wanting more.

Lose Body Fat

Burning body fat and losing weight is what most people want yet many struggle with.

Most people spend far too long on activities that are ineffective.

We focus on the “biggest bang for your buck” exercises that will help you lose body fat as quickly as possible.

Build Strength

Whatever your fitness goals, building a little muscle and increasing your strength is the key to your goals.

A few kg’s of lean muscle mass will help you burn body fat, increase your energy and make you look and feel great.

With any training personal training programme, the best results only come with a specifically designed nutrition and supplementation plan that is tailored for you. You will not receive the same plan as anyone else as you are unique and your requirements and goals are unique to you.

This tailored approach helps to ensure that your time is spent where it is most valuable and that you progress towards your goals. I’ll adjust your program and sessions as you progress to ensure that we continue to stimulate change and that you continue progressing.

This package is is perfect for someone wanting to make significant changes to their body composition, strength and overall health. I’ll provide all the 1-2-1 support you need in the gym as well as a thorough plan and support for when you are not with me.
