A very effective full body fat burning circuit for you guys.
Warmup as required. Then…
A1 – Squat and press x 10
A2 – Reverse lunges x 10
A3 – Press ups x 10
A4 – Jumping squats x 10
Rest 90 – 120 seconds and repeat x 4 for a total of 5 rounds
Quick, effective and very tough if you push yourself with the weight selection.
I used 2 x 12kg kb’s. You can do this with your body weight if you are just starting out or the 4’s, 6’s, 8’s or whatever you need to suit your level of strength and body conditioning.
Fitness and fat loss doesn’t need to be complicated.
